as the owner and operator of a bistro café. I led a team of approximately thirty people and managed over one million dollars in annual revenue. This work demanded daily leadership, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and resilience. It was a formative environment, demanding, not always graceful — but it shaped my capacity to hold responsibility while remaining attentive to people.

Alongside professional life, my personal journey included seasons of deep challenge. In 2010, I experienced a period of profound depression that forced me to confront my inner life with honesty and courage. During that time, I began applying practical emotional, physical, and spiritual practices to regain stability and well-being. This process was neither linear nor idealized, but it became foundational. Much of what I offer today is rooted in what I had to learn, practice, and integrate to move forward.

My ability to mentor others is shaped by both lived experience and formal training. I completed the Be Transformed Leadership Program, a nine-week intensive focused on identifying root causes and developing practical, sustainable solutions. I am also trained on “DNA of a Leader program” in United States which emphasizes emotional, relational, and spiritual health as the foundation of leadership.

In addition, I am certified in Foot Reflexology based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, an approach that recognizes the deep connection between the body, emotions, and inner regulation. I am a Licensed Esthetician in the State of New Jersey and hold certification in Facial Massage from the United Kingdom, where the work extends beyond technique to support nervous system balance, presence, and mindset.

My work today integrates clarity, embodied awareness, and honest conversation. I do not offer formulas or quick fixes. I offer space, structure, and guidance for those navigating transitions, inner blocks, and the complexity of living between worlds — with steadiness, integrity, and depth.
